2. Scope
These terms apply to every order placed on g25auto.com for delivery outside Türkiye, in particular to Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia. By sending an order request or paying online you accept these terms. We sell to both businesses and consumers; special rules for each are in Sections 9 and 10 and in the Returns & Withdrawal Policy. A “consumer” is a natural person who buys for purposes outside their trade or profession; a “business buyer” buys for trade or professional purposes.
3. Products and compatibility
We sell replacement and aftermarket automotive parts. Vehicle names, brands and OEM numbers are shown only to help you identify the right part; we are not affiliated with any vehicle manufacturer. Photos are illustrative. You are responsible for checking that a part fits your vehicle (VIN, OEM number, year, engine). If you contact us before ordering, we will help you check.
4. How an order is made
4.1 Order request. You add parts to the order list and send an order request. An order request is not an order and not a payment request. We reply with the confirmed total (parts, shipping and any other charges). A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing and you accept it.
4.2 Online payment. Where the “Pay now” option is shown (eligible orders only: destination country supported, order items total below EUR 30,000, and a shipping quote available), the contract is formed when we send the order confirmation after your payment is authorised. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we refund the affected amount in full.
4.3 We may refuse or cancel an order for clear price errors, stock errors, suspected fraud, or if the destination is not served. We then refund any amount paid.
5. Prices and charges
5.1 Prices are in euro (EUR) and are for the parts only, unless the order confirmation says otherwise.
5.2 Customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes (including import VAT) at the destination and shipping are not included in the part price. Shipping is shown or confirmed before you pay. Customs and tax obligations that arise when the goods enter the destination country are set by that country, are collected by the carrier or customs authority, and are paid by the buyer.
5.3 Prices may change without notice; the price confirmed in your order confirmation applies.
6. Payment
6.1 Card payments are processed by our payment service provider over a secure connection. We do not store your card details. The charge is made in euro; your bank may apply its own currency conversion fees.
6.2 Requests that are not paid online are paid as agreed in the confirmation (for example by bank transfer). Goods are shipped after payment is received unless agreed otherwise.
7. Shipping and delivery
7.1 Goods ship from Türkiye by international express carrier, with a tracking number. Where the order qualifies, goods are exported under the micro-export procedure (electronic commerce customs declaration, “ETGB”); otherwise they are exported under the regular export procedure (customs export declaration). The declaration is made by the carrier or by a customs broker.
7.2 For orders paid online, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee; customs clearance can add time.
7.3 You must give a complete and correct delivery address and a contact phone number. Extra costs caused by wrong information are yours.
7.4 Risk. Risk passes to the buyer when the goods are delivered to the buyer.
7.5 Please check the parcel on delivery and tell the carrier and us about visible damage at once.
8. Customs and import
You are the importer, or the carrier acts for you, as arranged. You must give any information the carrier or customs asks for (for example a tax or company number). For refused or unclaimed parcels, return shipping, storage and customs costs are charged to you and may be deducted from any refund, as far as the law allows.

See the Returns & Withdrawal Policy. The withdrawal right applies to consumers only.
10. Warranty and conformity
Goods are covered for 1 year from delivery: they must match the order and be free from manufacturing defects, when fitted correctly by a qualified person. The warranty does not cover wear, misuse, accident, wrong part selection or modification. Remedy: repair, replacement or refund, at our choice as far as the law allows.
Consumers: the mandatory legal rights of your country for non-conforming goods remain unaffected by this 1-year period (in many EU countries, for example, the legal guarantee period is longer and cannot be shortened by contract).
11. Damaged, wrong or missing items
Tell us within 14 days of delivery by e-mail with the order number and photos (parcel, label, part). In these cases we pay the return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
12. Liability
We do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the affected goods. We are not liable for damage caused by wrong part selection, installation by unqualified persons, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, including customs delays and carrier disruption).

14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers keep the mandatory consumer protection of the country where they live. The courts of Küçükçekmece (Istanbul) have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rules.

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to your order. The English version governs; translations are for convenience.
