1. Who is responsible for your data

This policy explains how we handle the personal data you give us through g25auto.com (the order list and the order request form) and when you contact us on WhatsApp.
2. Data we collect
- Order request form: company name, contact person, e-mail address, phone number, destination country, VAT / company registration number (optional) and your message.
- Your order list: the parts and quantities you select.
- Technical data: a strictly necessary cookie that keeps your order list and language during your visit. Our hosting provider’s server logs may record your IP address and browser information for security.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are carried by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and are subject to its privacy policy.
- Contact form: name, e-mail address, phone number (optional), reason for your message, order reference (optional), subject (optional) and your message.
- Protection against abuse: to protect the forms we use a one-way hashed form of your IP address, which cannot be turned back into your IP address. For order requests it is kept with the request.
- Product reviews: if you leave a review, we store your name, e-mail address (not published), rating and review text. We check reviews before they are published.
- Viber: if you contact us on Viber, your messages are carried by Viber (Rakuten Viber) and are subject to its privacy policy.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your order request and prepare the total, including customs clearance fees, taxes and shipping.
- To communicate with you about your request.
- To issue invoices and meet legal obligations if a request becomes a sale.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
- To answer the messages you send through the contact form.
4. No online payment
This site does not collect payment card details. An order request is not an order and not a payment request. Prices and totals are confirmed with you before any sale.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers we need to run the service (hosting, e-mail delivery, and — when a request becomes a shipment — carriers, customs brokers and accounting) and with authorities where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
We keep requests for as long as needed to handle them. Records of requests that became a sale are kept for the period required by law (up to 5 years).
Messages sent through the contact form are not stored on this website. They reach us by e-mail and stay in our mailbox for as long as needed to answer them and to meet legal obligations.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (for example to keep your order list and remember your language); they do not need consent.
With your permission, given in the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets analytics cookies and receives your IP address and browser data. We do not use it for advertising. Until you accept, analytics cookies are not set; Google’s tag may still receive limited technical signals without cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom left of every page.
8. Your rights
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies to you, the data protection law of your country (for example the GDPR for customers in the EU), you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to the competent supervisory authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Authority).
