G25 Auto is a catalogue for customers in the Balkans. You choose parts, send an order request, and we confirm the total in writing before anything is charged.
Step 1: Search and select
Search by part name, OEM number, cross code or product code. Each product page shows the price in euro, the OEM numbers and the compatible vehicles. Add the parts you need to your order list and choose the quantity.
Step 2: Send an order request
Open your order list and send the request with your company or contact details and your destination country. An order request is not an order and not a payment request.
Step 3: We confirm the total
Our team reviews your list and replies with the confirmed total. The prices on the site do not include customs clearance fees, import duties, taxes or shipping in your country. These are confirmed in writing before you decide. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order in writing and you accept it.
Parts that are not in stock
Some parts are shown as “available to order”. For these, the price is confirmed after your request, because we source the part for your order. They are listed separately on your order list and cannot be paid online.
Shipping and customs
Goods ship from Türkiye by international express carrier, with a tracking number. Customs clearance fees, import duties and taxes that apply when the goods enter your country are set by that country and are paid by the buyer. Please read our Terms of Sale and Returns pages for details on delivery, withdrawal and returns.
Payment
Online card payment is not open yet. Until it is, we agree the payment method with you in the confirmation of your request.
